Refund Policy – Rosie’s Country Kitchen

At Rosie’s Country Kitchen, we are committed to providing quality food and excellent service. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.

General Policy

Due to the nature of our products (freshly prepared food and beverages), all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Consideration

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect order or missing items

• Food quality concerns

• Billing errors

To be eligible, concerns should be reported promptly, preferably at the time of service or shortly after receiving your order.

Resolution Options

At our discretion, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement of the item

• Store credit

• Partial or full refund

The resolution provided will depend on the nature of the issue and verification of the claim.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in situations including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after order preparation

• Failure to report an issue within a reasonable timeframe

• Orders consumed in full or substantially

• Issues arising from third-party delivery services (these should be directed to the provider)

Third-Party Orders

For orders placed through third-party platforms (such as delivery apps), refund requests must be handled directly through the respective provider. Rosie’s Country Kitchen is not responsible for their policies, delays, or errors.

Management Discretion

All refund and resolution decisions are made at the sole discretion of management. This policy is intended to allow flexibility in addressing customer concerns while protecting the business from misuse.
